Where: Unverified — ask AestheticsPro support about your build
The steps below use the placeholder link ohlocal.co/r/yourcode — swap in your own short link from your dashboard.
Setup steps
- Ask AestheticsPro support whether your build’s POS receipts accept custom footer text — it isn’t documented publicly.
- Until that’s confirmed, print take-home cards with your QR pointing at ohlocal.co/r/yourcode.
- Hand a card with every receipt and let it leave with the client.
- If support confirms a custom-text field, add "How was your visit? ohlocal.co/r/yourcode" there and keep the cards as backup.
- Print a test receipt before rolling the line out to the front desk.
The take-home card play
AestheticsPro’s receipt customization isn’t documented publicly. Until your rep confirms a custom-text field, run the take-home card play: a QR card handed out with every receipt.
Is this allowed? Yes — here’s the line.
Google’s own “Get reviews” help page explicitly endorses links and QR codes on receipts. What the April 2026 policy update bans is on-premises kiosks, shared tablets, and review gating — receipt links and post-visit follow-ups remain allowed.
Keep the framing take-home: the receipt leaves with the customer, and they scan whenever it suits them. Never print “scan before you leave”-style copy, and never have staff watch anyone scan.
