Setup steps

  1. Open Admin → Centers, select your center, then Settings → Invoice & Receipt.
  2. Add your review line in the Additional Text field — for example: "How was your visit? ohlocal.co/r/yourcode".
  3. Multi-location? Use the [CenterAddlData1] macro so each center prints its own line with its own short code.
  4. For emailed receipts, add the same line to the email footer — Zenoti accepts HTML there, so the link can be clickable.
  5. Save and print a test receipt from the register to confirm placement.

Google’s own “Get reviews” help page explicitly endorses links and QR codes on receipts. What the April 2026 policy update bans is on-premises kiosks, shared tablets, and review gating — receipt links and post-visit follow-ups remain allowed.

Keep the framing take-home: the receipt leaves with the customer, and they scan whenever it suits them. Never print “scan before you leave”-style copy, and never have staff watch anyone scan.
