The chiropractors have to be read one business at a time. Synergy Chiropractic, P.A. answered 10 of its last 10, on a listing carrying 618 reviews. Oasis Chiropractic & Wellness Center answered 10 of its last 10, with 482. Health 1st Chiropractic & Wellness Center answered 10 of its last 10, with 204. Those are the three answering the most of the 20 chiropractors we read. The rest of that twenty we did not name, and this page cannot tell you how they handle replies.
Two windows are in play and they are easy to merge by accident. The reply counts above are drawn from each business's most recent reviews. The review counts, 866 or 618 or the medians, are whole listings. So a chiropractic median of 116 reviews against a gym median of 257 says something about how much has been written, not about how much has been written back.
Across the 50 businesses we measured in what someone searching in Inver Grove Heights is shown, a typical one answered 63% of its recent reviews. Note the wording: this is the catchment a searcher here sees, not a register of what sits inside the city limits, and a neighbouring town's business belongs in it. On stars, the gym median is 4.4 and the chiropractic median is 5. A median is one figure for a whole trade; it does not tell you which listing is which, and nothing on this page is ordered by rating anyway. Reply behaviour is what is being counted.

Keeping up and catching up are different jobs: once a reply sits under every review, the work is one reply per new review, on repeat. Write each one so it could not be moved to a different review without reading oddly. A reply that fits anywhere was not really written to anyone.
