How to read this

A reply rate is owner replies divided by the reviews we read on that listing (up to the 300 most recent). “Never replied” means zero replies in that set. We rank businesses on reply behaviour and on how fast reviews arrive, never on star rating — in most of these categories the median rating is 4.5 or higher, so a rating-ranked list would say almost nothing. Every number is read from a public Google listing; nothing here comes from any business’s private data.
